Pacific Thyme started as a collaboration project between Linda in Seattle and Erin in San Francisco. Linda went off to med school pursue her dream of being a doctor, so a few of Erin's other friends (in various cities) have stepped in to guest-post from time to time. Erin loves to bake, and has a killer sweet tooth! In her free time, she plays soccer, roots for Cal (go bears!), and tries new recipes.
